Thirty ingredients. Two days of preparation. Our mole is a living recipe — roasted chiles, chocolate, spices, and fruit reduced to a sauce that defines what Mexican cooking can be.

Pre-Hispanic masa cakes, hand-pressed and griddled until blistered. Stuffed with black beans, topped with quesillo, epazote, and our habanero salsa. This is the original fast food.

Steamed in corn husks since dawn. Our tamaleros work before sunrise so every tortilla is fresh, every filling is seasoned with care, and every bite carries the warmth of the morning.

Las Tres Catrinas SD was born from a simple conviction: that Mexican cooking deserves the same reverence as any culinary tradition on earth. Not as folklore. Not as a menu category. As craft.
Our kitchen follows recipes that predate borders. The mole is from Oaxaca. The salsas are from a handwritten card in our founder's grandmother's hand. The masa is pressed by hand every morning — no shortcuts, no machines doing what hands can do better.
We don't chase trends. We keep what works. And what works has been working for generations.
